Paul Thomas is a highly accomplished soccer coach and educator with over 25 years of experience across all levels of the game. He holds a degree in Sports Science and Sports Management, a Master’s in Soccer Coaching and Education, a U.S. Soccer ‘A’ License, and the United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma.

Paul’s extensive coaching career includes roles in elite youth development (MLS Next, Girls Academy), collegiate soccer (NCAA Divisions I, II, III, and NAIA), and the semi-professional level with the Michigan Bucks (PDL). He has served in key leadership positions such as head coach, technical director, director of coaching, and player development trainer. His work has helped produce players who have advanced to Major League Soccer, the women’s professional leagues, and U.S. Youth National Teams.

In addition to his coaching achievements, Paul has been—and continues to serve as—a respected coach educator for U.S. Soccer, contributing to the development of the next generation of coaches through licensing courses and educational programs. His deep expertise, passion for teaching, and commitment to player and coach development have made him a trusted figure in the American soccer landscape.
